UK standard delivery £3.95 or free for orders over £60.
International delivery £19.95 or free for orders over £150.
Click & Collect free, in stock items will be available to collect within 2 hours from the received order (except Sundays and public holidays).

International delivery 5-10 working days
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment of order.
We operate on Monday – Friday during working hours, except on bank holidays.
We take steps to ensure delivery delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their delivery based on the latest updates made available by the delivery provider.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Return Due To Change Of Mind
bei London will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us and are returned to us in original packaging within 28 days of receipt, unused and sealed.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
We recommend to use a registered and insured delivery service, as we do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged returns. This way you will be able to track your package and ensure its safe return, we cannot issue a refund for lost or damaged items.
Once returns are received and accepted, bei London will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact our customer service with next steps.
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim. Please email us within 72 hours of delivery quoting your name, address and order number to discuss your concerns. Damage advised outside of the 72-hour period may not be accepted.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
