Clients are asked to pay 30% upfront at the time of booking, deposits are not refundable.
Due to our busy schedule we request that you reschedule at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. You may cancel by phone, email or online. However if you do not reschedule prior to the 24 hours, the deposit will not be refunded.
We do our best to accommodate reasonable late arrivals by performing the most complete service possible in the remaining time. Unfortunately, this is not always possible and we may cancel your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.
No show Policy
If you fail to turn up at the time indicated on your booking, bei London will apply the No Show Policy, wherein bei London will automatically charge your card the full value of your booking.
