Deposit
Clients are asked to pay 50% upfront at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our busy schedule we request that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. You may cancel by phone, email or online. However if you do not reschedule or cancel prior to the 24 hours, the deposit will not be refunded.
Late arrival
We do our best to accommodate reasonable late arrivals by performing the most complete service possible in the remaining time. Unfortunately, this is not always possible and we may cancel your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.
No show Policy
If you fail to turn up at the time indicated on your booking, bei London will apply the No Show Policy, wherein bei London will automatically charge your card the full value of your booking.
